Get your eSIM

Partner programme terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026

The short version: you recommend Rebels eSIM, your readers get 5% off with your code, and you earn 15% of every sale you bring in. Be clear that it's a paid link, don't bid on our name, and we pay you every month once you've earned €50.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, the partner, and Rebels eSIM, a trade name of a Dutch sole proprietorship, KvK 42009740 (business address in our terms of sale), VAT NL005431406B84. You take part as an independent business or private individual. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee or agent.

2. Joining

  1. You apply through our partner page. We reply within five working days and may turn down an application without giving a reason.
  2. Once accepted, you get your own partner code and links, and access to your dashboard.

3. Commission and attribution

  1. You earn 15% of the amount the customer paid after discount, excluding VAT, for every order that is attributed to you.
  2. An order is attributed to you when the customer enters your partner code at checkout, or arrives through your link and orders during that same visit. We don't use a referral cookie. If several partners are involved, the code entered at checkout counts, otherwise the last link.
  3. Your code gives your readers 5% off. The discount isn't deducted from your commission.
  4. Orders you place yourself, through your own code or link, don't earn commission.

4. Refunds and payout

  1. Commission on an order is approved once the eSIM has been activated, meaning it has connected to a network for the first time, or once its activation period has ended. Until then a refund is still possible. If we refund an order after all, the commission on it lapses; if we have already paid it, we deduct it from your next payout.
  2. We pay once a month, as soon as your approved commission reaches at least €50. Lower amounts carry over to the next month.
  3. With every payout you get a statement of the orders it covers. If you're a business, we only use self-billing invoices if you agree to that in writing.

5. Tax

You're responsible for any tax on your commission. If you're a business in another EU country, VAT is reverse-charged. If you're a private individual in the Netherlands, Dutch law requires us to report payments to the tax authority, so we'll ask for your citizen service number (BSN) and date of birth.

6. How you promote us

  1. Make clear that your link or code is advertising, for example with #ad or “affiliate link”, as required by consumer law and advertising codes in your country (in the Netherlands, the Reclamecode and its rules for social media and influencers).
  2. Only use prices and comparisons that are on our site at the time, and don't make claims of your own about our prices, coverage or speed.
  3. You may not:
    • bid on “Rebels eSIM”, misspellings of it, or competitors' brand names in search ads;
    • post your code on coupon or discount-code websites without our permission;
    • use spam, cookie stuffing, fake reviews or anything that suggests you are us;
    • promote us next to content that is illegal, hateful or misleading.

7. Data

You don't receive personal data about the people who buy through you, only order counts and amounts. How we handle your own details is in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and ending

  1. We can change these terms or the commission with 30 days' notice by email. Orders placed before the change follow the old terms.
  2. You or we can end the partnership at any time. Approved commission is still paid out, also below €50.
  3. If you break these terms, for example through fraud or misleading promotion, we may end the partnership right away and withhold commission on the orders involved.

9. Liability and law

Our liability to you is limited to the commission paid to you in the last twelve months, except in case of intent or gross negligence. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
